Howdy from Bama
#22
Thanks everyone! Well Texas peeps, we haven't hit 100 degrees here yet (which is an oddity) but we do have a gabillion percent humidity, which is normal. I'm happy to see Sept right around the corner, when humidity goes to half a gabillion. I started quilting since May, but my mom hand quilts as did my grandmother. My sister is a knitting fiend and dyes yarn as well, so I guess craftiness runs in the family, I just finally started doing it. I guess it's your 30s, eh?

Welcome from Oklahoma, by way of Massachusetts. This is the place to be if you have questions, or if you know the answers. Be advised that we LOVE to see pictures so don’t be afraid to show us your work.

Love your sense of humor! The 1,000 degrees comment made me laugh out loud! Sorry it's so hot there, but glad you've joined us.
