First unplug the machine and plug it back in in a few min then check the bobbin area for a small thread that may be caught, take the bobbin out re thread replace with a new bobbin, If that doesn't work I do not have the answer!

Hello, and welcome from Idaho!

Once you get the bobbin out. Clean it really well and be sure to oil it in all of the places the book tells you. This machine requires a lot of oil.
