Missing Templates

Hi Everyone!

I am new to this site, actually first experience with a Message
Board of any kind.
I need some help. A friend of mine recently finished her
"Strolling The Block" applique quilt from HGTV 2002.
It is so cut and I decided to make one, she loaned me her instructions and templates; however, this is where I need help.

I have found there are four template pages lost/misplaced.
I need the templates on page two of the following months:
January, March, November and December.

Hope someone has those sheets and can post a link or email to me.

I failed to mention that I have gone to that site and apparently
they archive things like that after a period of time.

I found only a few months archived and no luck on what I need.

I also found another link mentioned on the message board, tried
that; I can access and print almost the entire year, except for the
four pages I need. I tried over and over to print page 2 of these
four months with no luck........Bizarre!
