I love the traditional quilts. But I am like you when it comes to wall hangings. I have one hanging in our living room the was just rattling around in my head. I did it and love it. It looks like planets in outer space.

Welcome from Ontario, Canada. I have to admit that I am mostly a traditional quilter. Maybe because the order in a traditional quilt, no matter how intricate, calms my soul.

I'm traditional in design, modern combos in color, and then completely modern in techniques...scissors? what's that? templates are only for already stripped together fabrics, and one block at a time means one was all i was making!
