New Here

Hello all, I am new here
I have been crafting for many years but quilting is not something that I got really into.
I have made piece block pillows and such but never a quilt. I have managed to find through yard sales and friends blocks already done
Since everything is just piling up I thought why not give it a try
Here is one of the quilts I cant wait to finnish I found it 2 years ago at a yard sale bought it for 10$ a think
It was made in then 1930-40's the person said that it was her grandmothers and it was in the attic when the grandma past. She has held on to it but deiced to see if she could find a quilter to bring it to life.
I kinda feel bad I havnt done anything with it but I am working on some small ones and once I get a better hold of it I will finnish this one
here it is

Isn't it amazing how many different designs of quilts there are?
Too bad this lady wasn't inspired to finish gma's quilt herself. She obviously felt it was something of importance to her gma.
Some ppl just haven't discovered...haven't been 'zapped', by the quilt bug :D Glad you have! You'll love it here! :D
