New from GA
My name is Kimberly and my husband's grandma taught me to embroidery blocks and then to make a simple quilt out of them. I love doing them :)

My son just graduated high school this last May and I am trying to make a quilt out of all his football jersey's for him for Christmas. I would like to know if anyone knows the best way to attach the jersey's so that it looks good?

Thanks in advance for the help :)

I've never made a t-shirt quilt but the ones the tutorials I've seen shows them being ironed to fusible interfacing to keep them from stretching when sewing.

I just love them ~ and am saving my favorite shirts of my daughter's for a future quilt.

Good luck and I cannot wait to see your end product!

Good morning from Michigan!
do a search for t-shirt quilts. you should come up with more info. i have made them out of t-shirts, but never the
jerseys. there are different types of stabilizers out there..i use a woven one. looks like muslin on one side, white thin muslin. made by pellon.
