Newbe from Charlotte, Michigan
Hello friendly quilters and crafters!
I just learned about this board and am excited to meet everyone. I am a retired school secretary, have six children - 10 grandchildren - one great grandchild. I am trying to make them all a large bed quilt during my lifetime.
I also am on the city council, local transportation board, conservation board, active in my church and keep busy making artist trading cards to swap with others on-line.
I hope to met most of you during the next few days or so.

Charlotte, MI is 20 miles sw of Lansing. I went to Jo Ann Fabrics in East Lansing this morning. Our Jo Ann's store closed down about three years ago. I miss it a lot.
