Good Morning Quilters,
I am new to this site and am looking forward to getting to know all of you and this site too. I am from Milwaukie Oregon-no it is not Wisconsin! Notice the difference in spelling. This little place is a suburb of Portland Oregon (between Mt. Hood and Mt. St. Helens) I joined this site when I went hunting for hand quilters. I want to find a hand quilter close by here in Oregon. I am making a double wedding ring quilt for my son and daughter in law when my son graduates this spring with his MBA and MD (Yes a doctor!) degree. Do you know of anyone who hand quilts here in the Northwest?

I am so happy for you! I have 3 darlings; my first girl was born in November. I raised 3 boys and had 2 grand sons. I thought I would be dead (:P) before I got to sew for a girl! It is so much fun! ME

Hi Maryellen. Check in at Fabric Depot at 122nd and Stark. I'll bet they have a notice board or some good info there. And, hey, its a great place to go anyway!

Good luck
Kit

Hi,
Welcome from Beaverton, Oregon. Hope you find your
hand quilter. Kitsie's suggestion is a good one.

Thanks for the suggestion! Yes, that is a great place to hang out. We've probably passed each other there! LOL
