Hello, i'm so pleased to have found your wonderful forum when looking up quilting ideas. I have been lurking for awhile though, and can't believe just how much help one can find from a very friendly lot of people on a forum! :D
I live in Australia, the state of Queensland, where it is very hot and just so dry here at the moment. I have been sewing forever, and went onto quilting 20 years ago when my children no longer appreciated home made clothes. Then my life took an about turn in career where we moved states, and the quilting was put aside for many years. Anyway the half finished queen quilt was taken from the camphor box and I have now almost come to completion, with only the edging to finish. :-) |
