Just read the "introduce youself" with all of the people in Louisiana. Guess what? Me too. I am from Port Sulphur, in the "toe" down from New Orleans. Only a few miles north from where Katrina made first landfall. I first found this site a few months ago and have enjoyed this site greatly. Learned a lot in a short time. I have been quilting off and on for about 6 years. Guess I should say sewing quilt tops. I have finally decided to bite the bullet and start quilting. Learning as I go. I have pictures to share and will post as soon as I can find the pictures on my computer and put them in a central location!
