Yes this is it, by Fun and Done, it is an all in one template for a quilt square, batting an and backing.

http://www.prairieskyquilting.com/batting_buddy.htm I personally don't like the quilt as you go idea, so I gave mine to someone else. But if you like the QAYG, it might be worth the investment, though a little pricey. On the other hand, you can cut your own squares to fit the pattern. |

it would be great for those raggy quilts, the first one i made called for your batting squares to be 1" smaller all the way around than the top and bottom...that way the batting does not 'stick-out' in the raggy edges. , that is why we (quilt-stitch) the x across the squares before joining them. would also be useful for quilt as you go projects.
