Have been reading and looking at pictures on here for quite a while now. Today decided I needed to join.
I live on the western, central part of the state of Oregon and have been sewing most of my life. Beginning in 4-H and the last few years have gotten into quilts. Love scrap quilts! Also cross stitch, knit, crochet, tat think I've tried it all. When tired of one I go to another, but quilting takes first place.

Quilter 68---The photo is a painting done by our high school students, on a very large wall on main street. It was done to honor our first born grandson who was KIA in Afghanistan in Jan of this year. Sorry you can't read the writing in the lower left corner. We are all so very proud of him.
