Hi and welcome from sunny Spain, yes the sun has finally come out to see us.

Where are you from originally. I am a Scottish by birth but lived most of my life in Kent in England

Hi Elle, (good French name, that!)

I lastly lived in Cambs, just outside Huntingdon but prior to that a few years in the Cotswolds (Tetbury, Prince Charles was my neighbour!) But I was born in Blackpool and grew up in the New Forest (Hampshire). When I was ten we spent 2 years in Canada, so I'm fairly well- travelled!

PS Send some sun my way will you, it's pretty murky here!

Yes, Salisbury is a beautiful city and that whole area is so steeped in ancient history, the very air vibrates with it! Must be fascinating work you do Loretta;

Hi there, OOOh love part of the country where you lived. Remember some wonderful holidays I spent in Blackpool and surrounding areas.

Think Canada is too cold for me to live in.

Didnīt know my name was French, just noticed there seems to be a lot of Elleīs around, funny thing yesterday one of our new ladies introduced herself to me and said that she wouldnīt forget my name as it was her friends cats name.... hmmmmm :?

I lived in Chislehurst, Sidcup, Middlesex and worked in the centre of London for 13 years opposite Trafalgar Square. Those were the days... not.

Trying to send you some sunshine, however there is a cold wind with it blowing down from Granada where they have loads of snow Brrrrr.

Elle means 'she' - like the Charles Aznavour song - a bit more romantic provenance than a cat's name!!! Maybe 'she' was the cat's mother!
