hello! I am new to this website. I have an Elna Xquisite and am having trouble with the bobbin case. I had it replaced once years ago and am now told replacement parts are not available for my machine. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to get a new bobbin case?

Hubby just called and he fixed the old bobbin case with sandpaper. What would I ever do without Hubby? I love sewing with well working machines. The achilles heel of my Elna is the bobbin case. I still would like to buy a supply of new bobbin cases. Also, we can't figure out how the bobbin case moved when the machine hasn't been moved and only light straight stitching has been done on it. Oh well! Look forward to hearing a discussion about this if it is a problem for others.
