Hi new to the board, I have been embroidering for a long time. I have always used Marathon thread along with Sulky and others. Finally my question is does anyone use Marathon thread on heirloom quilts?
thanks in advance

First, Welcome from Michigan!

i was taught, piece with cotton, quilt with what your heart desires!

i piece with neutral colors..not all 100% cotton..lol
and quilt with what i think will look nice!

the heirloom quilt is what i m not sure of.

for machine embroidery i've used Sulky, YLI, Mederia, Geutermann, Weeks, Wildflower brands + poly threads, rayons, silks; verigated, any number of different threads, i base my thread decision on need...what is going to accomplish what i want to accomplish, shiny, bright, dull, blended...if it will work in my machine i will use it
