I'm from Bell Florida. I have a Janome MC6600. After talking to the quilt shop owner in Lake City (Fabric Arts Shop) they told me the Janome is one of the best made machines. You can get one in any price range so give her a call or call your local fabric shop. But I love my machine and wouldn't trade it for anything.

I just bought my Janome Horizon MC7700 at Lake City (Fabric Arts Shop) a couple weeks ago. Very nice ladies there!
Do you know of any other LQS anywhere around there or toward Tallahassee?

Yes i guess you would love it as Michigan can get real cold in the winter.

do you live in florida year around? wow, we hear that it has been really really hot !! we have had a very hot summer so far here in michigan also.but looking forward so much to florida again.

I am in Fl. right now as my daughter is fixing to have a baby next week. I was in Wi. since the 1st of May and will go back in about a month till the middle of Oct.

hope all goes well for your daughter, and maybe when we are both in florida again we can connect at a LQS..
