Good Morning From Snowy Colorado!!!

Good morning!!! It is a snowy, blustery day today - perfect for quilting and cutting out! I am a quilter, and only get to quilt in the winter due to crops and markets in the summer time.....today is the perfect day!

I have been sewing since I was a young girl, and started my first quilt some 15 years ago - what therapy it is for me!!!! I made clothes when my boys were young and have discovered that quilting is MUCH more fun!

I so enjoy reading the posts in all areas every morning - I learn SO much and enjoy seeing the finished product that the members post - it is encouraging and good for the soul.

I have two grown boys and one daughter - in - law.....! She is a blessing, and I taught her to can and put up food! She has no interest in sewing, but I have many dear friends who do!

I posted in the Machine Enthusiasts part of the Digest, but no response - so I thought I would introduce myself to see if someone might have the time or the knowledge to help me. I would so appreciate it!
Thank You,
Fruitmama

Welcome from NE Wisconsin! This board is great for getting in touch with quilters from all over the world. Fun to share our discoveries and woes with each other. If you get too much snow, send some of it to us in Wis. We need the moisture for the summer crops. Can't believe how snow-less our winter has been!
