Hello everyone. I'm a Navy Spouse who quilts every chance I can. I have two children, 16 and 8. I live in extreme SE Georgia where the closest fabric shop is about 30 minutes away - I usually have to order my fabrics in. Looking forward to chatting with you all about quilting!!!

Hello everyone. I am a newby but looking forward to reading your messages.. as many as I can! There are lots. I teach Hispanic women to quilt at a local church so am always looking for ideas for them. They love quilting and it is a fun way for them to use their machines (if they have one). It is a lifelong knowledge that they can use wherever they live.

Welcome to the board. I was just in the Kingsland area for 3 months while hubby did work at the Submarine base there. We rented a house in St. Marys. Loved it there. And you are right, only quilt shop is a goods ways.
