Is Waterloo, Wisconsin in Central Wisconsin? Welcome! My grandparents lived in that town, near Madison, Watertown, Harrisville. Just curious. Mom met a guy from Michigan, moved to St. Paul, got married and here I am - 72 years later!

Have you ever been to Fireman's Park in Waterloo? They have the neatest MerryGoRound.

I've not heard of Plum City, where about is that? I'm from Seymour, about 15 min from Green Bay.
