I am relatively new to quilting and new to this site. I have only been quilting since August 2009.

A friend was looking for something to do and so was I - quilting became that project. I do enjoy quilting but have had to slow down a bit due to back issues.

I am always looking for and at new patterns for my next inspiring moment. Currently working a new quilt for our bed and can't wait to make all the coodinating pieces (curtains, bedskirt and table tops).

Glad to see that you made it. For others, Connie also works at Northern Illinois University but in a different office than I do. I've seen her quilts and they are very pretty. I noticed that you didn't mention that your avatar pix is the pix of your first quilt you made. :)
