I have been "lurking" on this board for a couple of months now and have very much enjoyed all the info and pictures posted. In the last 8 days I was blessed with two new granddaughters! How blessed can one grandma get! I have a quilt done for one and one in the works for the other. Somehow I just have to sew faster!!! LOL! These little girls are grandchildren numbers 20 and 21 for my husband and I. We were both widowed and met on eHarmony.com. Yes, it does work! Takes time though!
I have been sewing since my early 4H days and have four older sisters who also sew and quilt. All five of us go to the same quilting group. I am going to attempt to attach a photo of my newest granddaughter who was born 12-30-2010. What a lovely pair of granddaughters to love.
I have a granddaughter born on the 30th, and she felt cheated all her life because she didn't get a birthday party and presents for IT as well as for Christmas. |
