Hi!!

My name is Monique, I am in Round Rock, TX. A schoolmate of mine taught me how to sew about 3 months ago. I made a quilt out of some table runners my grandmother had. I am really happy I was able to do something "creative" to preserve something of hers in this way.

I did put a label on it just yesterday because I was trying to think of a name for it. I "whipped stitched" it on and it is named "Momo's Memories" I have several of her aprons and doilies that I will do this with. Because it is in memory of my grandmother, it will be a "series" if you will until I get them completed. I do appreciate the welcome wagon as well as the compliments. I am touched!
