Hi Leha! What types of dyes do you like best and techniques?
Since we had so much snow in KY this winter, I did some snow dyeing...loved it. Now that the snow is gone, I've found that crushed ice from my fridge door gives a similar result. What town are you near?

Hi everyone else! Thanks so much for the warm welcomes!

I'm not much of a quilter, but I work with fabric and dye. I love to custom dye fabric and my mom gets the results. She's a docent and tour guide at the Museum and one of the YoYo ladies who are ambassadors for the Museum. If anyone has questions about what to see and do in the area, I'm a life-long local who knows the show inside and out. I'll be looking forward to hearing from you!

Welcome from Southeastern Ky. I would love to go to Paducah to one of the quilt shows but doubt if I ever get the opportunity. I don't think my feet would get me very far and I'm sure there would be a lot of walking.

Have fun.
