I've been lurking for a couple of months, & I think its about time to jump in. My first love is hand quilting & have been quilting " cheater" panels for 10 yrs or more. Several years ago I bought a walking foot & started following printed lines on material (not necessarily cheater panels but something that looked on a quilt.) Mostly just lap quilts & baby quilts.
I've tried to take a few piecing classes at my LQS but every time I sign up some one in my family ends up in the hospital,or something else happens. I have a large extended family. I keep buying Books & Magazines, & I've learned a lot on the web.
