Hi everyone, something got straightened out & finally now I can post - I joined on 2/26 and here's why:
quiltingboard.com is the best resource around for all sewing-related info, it's fascinating!

It's helped me with my (2) vintage machines, and to unravel lots & knots of sewing terms & techniques.

I'm making my first slipcover. This board is invaluable. I may even attempt a full-size quilt.

I went to Maui for the first time ever, left the airport and went straight to a fabric store!

So far every forum I've read has been intriguing. You can classify me as 'advanced novice' LOL.

You wouldn't believe how much I DON'T know at my age...thanks all!
