Thank you all so much for your warm welcome - Iīm overwhelmed.

Meanwhile I found out how to upload pics and here are some of my
quilts I wrote about.

this was my first quilt:

here a detail of the quilting I did in each corner:

But I made a lot of mistakes and I was too economical for an adequate seam allowance, thought I would save fabric - now I know much better !!! Yeah, you have to make mistakes so you can learn from them :)

afterwards I did a memory quilt for my dad with important dates, events and hobbies of his life - I painted them with colors for painting fabrics:

I also made some mug rugs and some potholders.

For all quilts I didnīt use any instructions; for my new project it will be the first time I have to follow exactly the instruction :shock: a huge challenge for me.
