i got started helping mygrandmotherand my mother cut material and not wit a rotory cutter, all cut by hand with sissers and then ironed flat, The started when i was about 10 or 11. But it has alwas been a hobby sorta. Even when i was in the Marines i had something in a frame. Im 56 now and i still dont know it all, never will. but i am getting back into more and more.
