Hello from Alaska!

I have been quilting and sewing all my life which must be over 100 years as my oldest grandson says, but am not a joiner - so thought I would give an on-line group a try.

Welcome to the board from the Gulf of Mexico area. Corpus Christi, Texas to be exact. Not a big joiner either. Especially where dues are involved. Also not into timelines. I have enough of those going on. Please feel free to add your own experiences and tips. Good reads throughout the day and for those sleepless nights. No quilt police here!

I'm not a joiner either but I love this board. You can just be yourself. You can lurk and not post if you don't want to but I hope you do post. We love pictures of projects and I am sure we can learn new things from you. Welcome from the foothills of the Colorado Rockies

Hello and welcome from Oklahoma.

Welcome! Being a joiner is different here and that's why I love it. With "all my years" of experience I've learned so much here, as is often the case when personal experiences and techniques intertwine. Welcome!

Welcome from southern California! I am not a joiner either - but this site is so addictive, so enjoy!

The best part is asking a question and so many people are willing to jump in and give you help. This is really a great site.

Welcome home. That is how I think of this site. So much to learn and so many people to help us out. By the way, did a trip to Alaska 14 years ago; both land and a cruise. Most beautiful country I have ever seen!
