Firstly, I'm amazed that I actually did everything I was supposed to in order to get to this point. Not the most savvy of things techno.
I am retired but am starting a part time job this week- as if I didn't already have enough to do. Retired husband, grandkids to love, crafts to keep me busy, and now a part time job! I must be crazy. My friend Eileen got me seriously into quilting although I did make a crib quilt over 35 years ago and it is still in use! I look forward to more great ideas and help from all of you gifted quilters. Welcome from SE Ohio...you will enjoy the many new ideas and things that go on in this board. Quilters from everywhere are friends.

You just proved to me that quilters are indeed friendly! C.M. |
Hello and Welcome :D :D :D

Hello all the way from BC. I leave near another Stoney Creek, where "Stoney Creek Woman" was written about. Nothing to do with quilting, though. This place, however, is all quilting and you'll love it.

Hello from Oklahoma. What is your favorite color? I love blue and also Earthtones. Please let us see some of your work.
|
Hmmm... my favourite colour? That's always been a tough one for me because if it hits me, any colour can appeal to me.
My work is pretty primitive since I'm just getting into quilting in a serious way. But here are the two quilts I made for my newest twin grandsons. They're pretty simple but thanks for asking to see something of mine. (I was babysitting just tonight and when I put them to bed, they each had their little quilt to cover them.) |
Sorry, pictures didn't come through.
I'll try again when I have more patience! |
