I have been on board for sometime and just haven’t introduced myself. Am not a very outgoing person and so I have a tendency to stay back in the shadows and listen and learn from those who have so much to share with others, I have learned so much from this board and feel like maybe I will be a little more open to others. I have been sewing and quilting for so many years that I probably made the quilt that Noah had on the ark. I’m married to a wonderful man and have 4 daughters and 13 grand children. We have a small farm in southeastern AZ and raise cotton hay and have a verity of animals. I am a fabaholic and am not ashamed to admit it. I have no other bad habits so I think am entitled to my fabaholic addiction. My friends call me Carol. I am looking forward to meeting everyone on board.

hi carol. you would be very surprised at how 'shy' ppl can be in person, versus, being on a computer. oh, by the way, welcome from Florida. I may have told you that earlier, somewhere, lol.
Jamie said that she thinks everyone has something to teach. thinks she is right.
some, lol, think they have a lot to teach...just post something with the words: what do you think,...or, need an opinion,...or....help me decide,...LOL....ppl come running like there's a fire to be put out!
I am being funny, here, and I hope that is coming thru. I am saying, as a whole, think us quilters are helpful, opinionated, warm, kind ppl, who just want to help, but no shortage of opinions, lol. It comes from being artistically inclined. But on here, it's always the kindest of opinions, and...lol,...like my hubby says....don't want to know what I think?...don't ask me. I don't ask him very often. He will tell you.
Also, carol, as someone else on here, said one day, I am a yakker, (too), LOL!
