Quiltingboard Forums - Hello from Bonny Scotland

Hello everyone. My name is Liz and I live in Bonny Scotland.
I have enjoyed looking into the Forum daily for the past few months and have finally “taken the plunge” and joined the happy band.
I’ve been a quilter for a number of years. I am currently a member of a local quilting group as well as being a member of the Quilters Guild in the UK.
I am truly impressed by the quality of work shown on this Forum and take great comfort when I realise that the “large stash syndrome” is a world-wide phenomenon. The exchanges of ideas on this forum are inspiring and I feel quite at home.
The greatest pleasure comes from the friendly and helpful advice that is always on hand from Forum members. Everyone is made to feel welcome, whatever their skill levels.
I hope that I, too, will be able to contribute to the Forum in some small way in the future. Meanwhile I look forward to hearing from anyone here who would like to get in touch
