Thank you all for the warm welcome. Yes, I live in the lower mainland where it rains non-stop! My avatar is my little Shih Tzu Penny. The picture was taken during training time. She is wearing a little rain coat - mandatory when you live here. My son has an Australian Shepherd which looks very similar to your Sheltie.
