Hi there, I joined this board awhile ago but only recently started reading and posting. Thought I would introduce myself.

I'm from so. Calif and have been quilting for 10 years now. I had purchased a new machine at that time for clothing and really didn't know anything about quilting. Since I purchased my machine from a quilt store, I saw all their displays and was immediately hooked. I joined our local guild (later served as co-president for 2 years) and haven't looked back.

I've recently gotten back into clothing design as I have 2 grand-daughters and they are so fun to sew for!

Looking forward to participating - I've loved looking at all the beautiful quilts you post!

Hi Nancy - I was just up in Bakersfield last week. We got a rescue dog from a breeder. I have a friend that recently moved there so was able to visit with her also. It was a good day!

Not sure what happened, I didn't give a location from where I live in the U.S. but I am from Reno, Nv living in Santiago and looking to find people with similar interests as I. Quilting is new to me, but I've been sewing for as long as I can remember. I love the outdoors and take photos then want to recreate my experiences. I need basic training first then when I am able to be set free to accomplish my talents, I'm sure I will soar! Hope to meet you all soon. Theresa
