Hello from Campbell River, BC
I've been quilting on and off for about 10 years. Now that I'm retired I can satisfy the need to be creative and make things that my family will cherish. I've just starting machine embroidering and am looking forward to learning lots from this group.

Howdy & welcome from Texas! You will love retirement because you will now have time to sew anytime the urge hits you....day or night! I've seen a lot of beautiful ways that quilters have embellished their quilts with lovely machine embroidering. We love pictures here & look forward to seeing what you have made. You will find tons of help here when you need it.

Hello from slightly south of the border, Seattle area. So far I've managed to resist the temptation for machine embroidery but that's mostly a budget and space issue. Some people do some gorgeous stuff, it's not me but I can appreciate it.
On behalf of the others and especially of me who likes to look, we love pictures here! Took me a bit (like several attempts over multiple months) before I got the combination between my camera and my computer and here, but I finally managed. |
Hi and welcome from North Carolina! You'll find bunches of us retired folks here who always like to have new quilting friends!
