Hello from Canada
Hello, new here from Ontario, Canada
I don't even have a sewing machine yet/ Is it preferable to have one with a pressure foot adjustment setting when quilting? Thanks, RonD |

Welcome, Ron. I have no idea what the answer to your question is, but I guess that it wouldn't hurt to have pressure foot adjustment settings on a sewing machine when you quilt.

Welcome from a Canadian in Minneapolis! My 1973 Kenmore has a pressure foot adjustment, so I'm assuming all machines do. It's something I rarely need to adjust - only if I switch from quilting cottons to slippery satin or chiffon. I'm excited for you to start enjoying a new hobby - welcome to the board!
