I'm a life-time resident of central Connecticut; I've been sewing (garments and home dec) for years and just got into quilting about two years ago. I look forward to chatting with many of you in the future.

Welcome from Louisiana. I, too, sewed all my life. Sometimes that makes it harder to do quilting, because my mind still thinks in sewing ways. I make things harder for myself all the time, by trying shortcuts. I'll look forward to seeing some of your quilts. I know they will be gorgeous.
