My name is Rita and I have lived in Costa Rica for 31 years, originally from San Diego. I started quilting 15 years ago and now have a small quilt shop out of my home. I give classes in English and Spanish and also do quilt retreats, which you can find out about at www.costaricaquilts.com, a few days and nights of quilting and a few days of touring around.

I found this sight through a quilting friend that lives in Plmpton, Mass. but lives in Costa Rica January to May. Just enough to get out of the snow. I am looking forward to join in the fun.

Hi Rita from Kalamazoo, MI! Visited CR a 4 years ago. Two couples, I made our accommodations on VRBO and had grand time. Would come back in a heart beat. What part of the country are you in?
