Hello from DFW/East TX
I am very new to quilting and sewing but I am loving it so far! My husband bought me a simple, easy to use Singer sewing machine as an early Christmas gift and in 3 weeks I made 4 fleece rag quilts (approx 50X70). I finished cutting 208 strips last night to make my first "real" quilt. I may be getting in over my head for my first one but I won't know unless I try, right? :o I look forward to coming here for some expert advise and to see all the beautiful quilts.

Welcome, welcome, welcome, fellow TEXAN!! You'll love this site. So much to read, look at, participate in swaps, leave comments, ask questions, post your pics, etc.... I spend wayyyyy to much time here instead of hittin' my UFOs...& house chores (which I really hate nowdays!).
