Welcome to the board from Southern California!!!!
Some easy patterns would be rail fence, or a Warm Wishes. A simple nine patch would be good. I have taught some ladies to quilt with the Yellow Brick Road pattern. Any pattern that had straight cuts and no triangles would be something to start with. |
Thanks for the suggestions... I'll check some out! :-)

Welcome, mamabatt. If you want to do a quickie quilt, I recommend quiltinaday.com. If you don't like reading instructions, you can augment their beginner Quilt in a Day book with one of their videos.
I taught a lot of new quilters, and a lot of them now teach other beginner quilters from that book. Just sayin'. :) |

Welcom from the Lake of the Ozarks. If you can get your hands on a "Twenty Something" book, there are several fairly easy quilts in it.
