I was very pleased to find this site, it seems to be both friendly and helpfull
I live near Southampton on the South coast of England in a fairly rural area, I am married with 3 adult kids and two grandsons. I have sewed for many years but when I semi retired about 2 years ago I started quilting and I particularly love applique.
My other hobby is cake making and decorating
