I do have a pic of the quilt, I used a 15 yard bolt of muslin & machine sewed the muslin into manageable sized blocks, hand sewed the colored windows in, machine sewed the blocks together ending with sewing the colors in where I sewed the blocks together. It wasn't as big as I would have liked, but finished it on the 8th & she was married on the 10th!

Welcome from Indiana. I grew up on a remote island up there also. Cape Pole was the name of the logging camp. It's gone now but there are people on the other side of the island at Edna Bay. Are you near there?

First McKinley Princess Lodge, then a 7 day cruise. My friend told me there's a nice quilt shop in Denali. Hope to check it out.
