Hello from Holland
Hi my name is Jennifer
I started quilting/patchwork 3 years ago, when my son was born. I couldn't find any nice boys stuff, so I learned to make it myself My quilting English isn't that good yet, but I try to write it good ;-) At this moment I'm trying paper piecing/foundation piecing, which is a lot of fun!! if there are questions please ask them..... |

Welkom! Where from Holland are you? There are a lot of Dutch people on the list including ones living in other countries. I also like paper piecing and was in a swap not long ago. Maybe when there is another swap you'd like to participate.
Here is the link to the swap that was finnished. You can get an idea of some of the blocks that were in it. ronda has done several paper piecing swaps. http://www.quiltingboard.com/member-...d-t210369.html |

Hi Jennifer! I'm another Vermonter glad to meet you. When I was in first grade we had neighbors who came from Holland. Two little boys who learned English very quickly. Their mother had a secret cookie recipe that we all just adored. When I was married, she gave us a box of the cookies to take on our honeymoon, and we still remember savoring every one! I have never figured out what made those cookies so delicious, but they had lots of butter and sugar. People of all ages are welcome here on the board, so now you have lots of quilter friends. Lynn
