You are so right!!!They make fun of me for moving north but ,they don't know all of my tricks. I enjoy the snow not the rain. I had that for to long.I am hoping to ride to Mankato today for a long shopping day. I try to get as much done in the one trip that I can endure.

Don't put your quilt too tight in your hoop, this is important for hand quilting. Eveness is much more important for the stitches than length - you will see with more practice your stitch length will change.

You might have the fabric in your hoop pulled too tight. You
will want to get 4 or 5 stitches on your needle before you pull
it through. You get them on the needle with a kinda 'rocking'
motion. Hope this makes sense to you.

Hi Dee,Thank you. I am from N.J and now live in M.N. I always loved PA. My niece lives there now.Were you from Upper or Lower M.N? I still have a hard time with the fact that this state is so large.I am at the bottom and have not gone past Minneapolis yet. But have been looking foward to it.
