Hi! After reading the board I decided it was time to join. I'm 25 and living in Belgium and I have 2 main hobbies: painting and sewing. I want to make a quilted bag so all your tips are very welcome right now :D

Welcome to the Quilting Board! What a great combination of hobbies. Painting on fabric can be used to accent quilted bags and quilts themselves. I love painted quilts. Sadly, I am not good with paint and the most I've been able to accomplish is to stencil some fabrics.
