I belong to OHCE too. We have a quilt show in June. Small world. I'm in LeFlore Co.

It's wonderful to run into fellow OHCE members. There are about 137 of us in Grady County,15 in my local group, and we're always working on projects. On Friday, my group is having a sew day to work on tote bags to donate to DHS for foster kids. They are taken out of their homes with nothing but what they are wearing at the time. We will fill them with pajamas, toothbrush, comb, a book, a quilt of course, etc. Keep us informed of your quilt show.

Our bus will stop at Oklahoma Quiltworks in OKC.
My husband and I have stopped in El Reno many times while traveling through Oklahoma.

Oh My Goodness! I did type in Oklahoma Quilt Shop! ROFLOL I meant Okla Quiltworks. LOL Talk about habit. Talking about quilt shops. LOL We actually live East & South of El Reno. In the sticks sort of. If you have never been to Quiltworks, I hope you will enjoy it. Sounds like the Bus trip will be loads of fun regardless of where you stop. Anxious to hear all about it when you get back from the trip.

Hi! I am also from OKC, and I know what you mean about lurking. I think I did for at least 2 years, and still don't have a lot to say. But I read the postings almost every day. It's a great place.
