Sharon b,
I planned on a road trip to WANNNA soon...I have no idea why locals call it Shipshe LOL. I may have to delay due to extreme shopping in your neck of the woods and the upcoming Chicago Quilt Show.....this is going to be the longest week ever! |
The Chicago show is this weekend ? Can't go , have a bacherlorette party this weekend and wedding things to finish up . The wedding is May 1st ! WOO HOO
I can't tell you why we call it Shipshe either, other that we are lazy and don't want to saw the whole long word  LOL |
Yes, I'm on countdown mode. Not to worry, I'll post must have info on my blog. If you have questions about vendors, you know where to find me. =)
|
SuzieQ54,
Didn't mean to hijack your post with Sharon b. So sorry! Are you going to be attending any shows in your area soon? How about the local quilt shops---any must see sights nearby? |
Hi and welcome from Lynchburg, VA by way of Bluffton, IN. My parents lived for a time in S. Bend--love Yoder's and the flea market!

Rose Hall Anyone close by MUST come to Ericas  LOL |
I'm going to the Chicago Quilt show even if I have to bring my walker. Bad knee right now. We ride a bus from Dunlap Wal-Mart. Am soooo looking forward to it.
They often call it Ship. |
they moved to Lynchburg about 3 years ago--so they moved from S. Bend in 2007. I think it was August. They only lived there about a year, before that they lived in Berne, Auburn (twice), Kendallville, Bluffton and Portland. My parents move alot. Lynchburg has the only 2 grandbabies, so I think they are here to stay.
