Hello everyone,

I have been quilting for approximately 15 years and I actually taught myself on an old Singer treadle sewing machine. I have graduated to a machine with a cord.
I have almost finished a "strip twist" quilt for my neice for Christmas. It is done in monochromatic style in purple fabrics with a first border in black and the last border in purple to match the back. I am very pleased with it so far and am attempting to quilt her name in the top and bottom border. Hope it turns out like I want it to. Talk to all soon. :?
