I'm new here. I'm just starting to get back into quilting. Several years ago my grandmother started to teach me how to quilt. We started a lovely crib quilt together, but she unfortunately passed away before we could finish it, she only taught me how to assemble the top. I recently found the quilt top when I was unpacking some boxes I left at my parents place and have decided it's time to finish it. I also plan on carrying on my grandmother's tradition of giving a crib quilt to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren (for me it would be for all my new cousins and their children). I'm starting a quilting class in a few weeks and I'm super excited!
