Hi,

I have been on the forum for months but never took the time to do the intro. I live in mid-Michigan, very small town, so small we have to pick up our mail at our post office.
I am an RN and work in a hospital in Flint, MI. Flint was the GM captiol & the top as far as the automobile industry but sadly that has slipped away.
I can hardly wait to retire so I can quilt more. This past Christmas nearly did me in trying to get too many projects done (learned my lesson on that one). I am happily married to my Sweetie of 40 years this August (he is already retired due to downsizing and babysits for two of our grandchildren).
I have two children, daughter and a son ages 34 and 30yrs old. Four grandchildren two girls and two boys ages 11, 4, 23 mos and 19 mos. I want to freeze frame them so they stay so cute at these ages.
This forum has been so informative and nice. I had an invitation to join a quilt guild but why when this is more fun!
