Hello neighbor...from New Germany, MN (30 miles or so NW of you). Please send me the information for your mom's sale. I love sales. Maybe she won't need to have a public sale if we all get together and buy her quilting/sewing stuff beforehand.

My Crysanthimum is not paper pieced it is 40 pieces sewen into block, Yep the first one I made I was addicted had to rip it apart and make sure I sewed exact 1/4" but this was the result. My Next big challenge will be A very Detailed Mariner's Compass. I love challenges. I work from home which is wondeful as I can go quilt with my pc right next to me.

Hey, there, welcome from St. Paul. Our son and daughter-in-law lived in Shakopee for ten years, bought a farm and are now farther away from us. She also is a quilter. I also have a fantasy of making a Mariner's Compass. I will wait a little bit. I got a Quilt Cut 2 from my Aunt and it holds a cut and makes it easier to cut the pieces for the Compass. I also have dreams of making an Elm Creek Quilt.

Enjoy your stay with us - you will find that there is always help when you need it, compassion when necessary, a laugh to brighten your day and getting to know some of the greatest people this side of heaven - from all over the world. Aren't we just the luckiest people??? Edie

Hi and welcome from another Minnesotan. I'm in St. Cloud. This is a great place to cruise around and learn some new things or enjoy what others are doing. Careful, it can be addicting.
